Our offices will close for the Christmas holiday season at 5pm on Thursday 22 December 2022 and re-open on Tuesday, 3 January 2023.
Any urgent matters will be attended to over the holiday period.
Please ensure urgent matters are marked accordingly and copied to mail@wadesonTM.com.au as well as sent to your attorney.

Please ensure any matters with deadlines falling on Friday, 23 December 2022 are sent to us as soon as possible, to ensure the deadline will be met.
All Australian trademark deadlines falling in the period Saturday, 24 December 2022 to Monday, 2 January 2023 will automatically be extended to Tuesday, 3 January 2023 when the Patent and Trade Marks Offices re-open.
Any convention applications due to be filed from Saturday, 24 December 2022 to Monday, 2 January 2023 can be filed on and will receive a filing date of Tuesday, 3 January 2023.
